• 1 1/2 fluid ounces Lemon Juice
• 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
• 2 teaspoons Cumin
• 3/4 cup Red Onion, Diced
• 1/2 cup Cilantro, Chopped
• 1 fluid ounce Water
