Ingredients
  • 2 cups Furmano's Fully Cooked Farro, Drained & Rinsed
  • 3 cups Arugula
  • 1/2 cup Goat Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Mandarin Oranges, segmented
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and toss well to combine. Garnish with Pomegranate Seeds and Oranges.
