Ingredients
  • 1 liquid tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Sliced Onions
  • 1/4 cup Diced Green Chilies
  • 1 cup Diced Red Pepper 1/4 inch
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chipotle Pepper Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Corriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Furmano's Organic Spaghetti Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
Preparation
  1. In a large pan over medium heat, add Olive Oil.
  2. Next, add Onions, Chili Peppers, and Red Pepper. Saute for 3 minutes.
  3. Add Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Chipotle Powder, Cumin, Corriander, and Salt. Saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add Furmano's Organic Spaghetti Sauce and heat to 165 degrees.
  5. Add Cilantro just before serving.
