Ingredients
  • 12 3/8 cups Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • 3 3/8 cups Onion, Finely Diced
  • 3/8 cup Minced Garlic
  • 3 3/8 cups Serrano Chili, Finely Diced
  • 1 1/8 fluid ounce Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 2/3 pints Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • 3/8 cup Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Green Onion, Sliced
  • 6 fluid ounces Lime Juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons Sazon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
Preparation
  1. Add Drained Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic, and Serranos to a large mixing bowl. Mix gently.
  2. Add Olive Oil, Reserved Juice, Cilantro, Green Onion, and Lime Juice. Mix Well.
  3. Add Salt, Sazon, and Black Pepper. Mix well and taste to check seasoning.
