Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 fluid ounces Water
  • 1 1/4 cups Onion, Finely Diced
  • 1 1/4 cups Pepperoni, Julienne
  • 1 1/4 cups Mushrooms, Diced
  • As Needed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 5/8 cup Kalamata Olives, Pitted and Chopped
  • 2 1/6 quarts Furmano's Pizza Sauce
  • 10 each Steaks
  • As Needed Chopped Parsley
Preparation
  1. In a medium saute pan over medium heat, add Olive Oil.
  2. Add Onion, Pepperoni, Mushrooms. Saute until pepperoni begins to crisp.
  3. Next, add Red Pepper Flakes and Kalamata Olives. Stir, then add Furmano's Pizza Sauce. Heat to 165* and hold.
  4. Grill Steaks to desired doneness, top with Pizzaiola and Parsley.
