  • 1/2 cup Craisins, Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parsley, Chopped
  • 1 cup Furmano's Fully Cooked Tri-Color Quinoa
  • 1/4 cup Pecans, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Almonds, Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber, Small Diced
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Vinaigrette
  • As Needed Salt To Taste
  • As Needed Black Pepper to Taste
Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix with a rubber spatula.
  2. Serve.
